It’s happening soon. Vinyl is almost ready!
Recently we had to rephrase all the pages where the expected date for the release was mentioned. “Autumn 2011″ was first changed to “end of 2011″ and now “beginning of 2012″.
But now there should be no more delays and postponements! Three days ago the vinyl went into production. Production time is expected to be around 4 or 5 weeks, so in a very short while we are done.
And it’s completely out of our hands. We’ve done our job writing, recording and producing the songs, our very good friend Arní Bergmann finished co-producing, mixing and mastering, and our other very good friend Klaus Matthiesen of OddFischlein finished creating the artwork.
Now it is up to our new good friend Jürgen Werle-Mock of Eldorado Media in Mainhausen, Germany, to press the vinyl (in white!) and print the covers (in PVC!). If he can do as good a job as the others we have every reason to be excited.
Thanks for sticking around.
All the best
Frans, dear & Anders, dear
